As a healthcare facility, we are focused on preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. To ensure the safety and well being of our patients, guests, staff and providers, we have updated our policy.

Updates to the NSPC Covid-19 Policy. Please Read Thoroughly.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER CLINIC IF:

• You have a fever greater than 100.4 F.
• You have respiratory symptoms such as cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.
• You have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 OR in self / hospital quarantine.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE:

To better safeguard our patients, staff and other visitors, everyone must wear a well-fitted mask inside our facilities. We will provide appropriate masks at entrance points if you do not have one.
